NOTE: In October, 2011, a researcher gave LHC what is a more accurate description:
"Actual location: corner of Appleton and Canal Streets. 'Uneeda' is a biscuit company advertisement painted on the Boston & Lowell (later Boston & Maine) station behind the Essex St. Opera House. Note the position of the railroad switch, along with the overhead bridge and the slightly visible facade of the train station. Elevated pedestrian walk is also visible."
