Workers are sitting along the canal and mill taking a break. Quite a few of them are turning and looking at the camera. There are two sets of tracks in the center of the photo. Further back, a vehicle that sits on the tracks is stopped with workers sitting/standing on it. A bridge can be seen in the distance crossing over the canal. Some workers are perched up against the building. A small cart is seen in between the set of tracks.
