"Pacific Flumes After Repairs - September 23, 1917."

A small body of water extends out of a tunnel into a larger pool. Stones are stacked up on either side and a frame of wood is seen extending over the water. Two men are seen in the water by the edge of the tunnel. A small group of trees is seen on the right shore. Up higher, stone ground can be seen and the edge of a building which covers the water that appears to go underneath the road and buildings.
