"June 30, 1910. New Worsted (Yarn) Mill, corner of Methuen and Frankiln Streets."

The building appears to be three stories high and still under construction. A wooden frame surrounds the brick building used for construction. Three trees in which the branches have been cut off lie on the left side of the building. A telephone pole is seen on the right as well as a corner to another brick building. Piles of materials, bricks and wood, are laid out directly in front of the building. The road in front is covered in dirt and tire marks.
