This is an elevated view onto three buildings. The furthest building on the right appears to be the New Worsted Mill which is under construction. The building before the mill on the right is finished and three stories, it's glassed windows clearly visible. The mill is six stories and the top reaches the edge of the photo. A wooden frame outlines the mill. Many wires from telephone poles are crossing out into the street. The road below has tire marks dug into the dirt with the top of a car present in the bottom of the photo.
