"August 9, 1910. New Worsted (Yarn) Mill, looking south-westerly. Corner of Methuen and Hampshire Streets."

The mill building is under construction with another building to the right. There is a white towel (?) hanging out of one of the building's windows and each window has a stripped awning. Telephone poles pass through the two buildings with many wires. The road below appears smooth.The brick mill building has a wooden frame surrounding it. The very corner of another building is seen on the left with a large tree in front of it.
