"June 30, 1910. New worsted Mill, looking northerly from roof of Yarn Mill Waste House, showing division wall between yarn mill and weaving mill."

In the bottom foreground, piles of construction materials are laid out; and along the side of the building. Two horses each pulling their own wagon are seen on the side of the building in front of a stack of wooden planks. The mill has wooden frames built in front of it while workers stand on them at the top. About six workers dressed in light overalls are seen moving materials at the top of the wooden frames. A few stray workers are seen throughout the rest of the photo on the dirt street below.
