A photo of an under construction mill is seen. About two stories are built so far. There is a wooden frame for building around the brick mill. Large stacks of wood and bricks are piled in front of the building on both sides. A ladder and tree are seen on the right. The road takes up half the photo and it's covered in dirt with some tire marks. Window frames are seen on the third story without exterior walls built yet.
