"June 14, 1910. New Worsted (Weaving) Mill, looking easterly from roof of Yarn Mill Waste House."

This is a slightly elevated view of the construction of a mill. The first floor base frame in being constructed. Window frames are set up along the frame but they do not have glass. The start of a brick foundation is also seen. Trees line the back perimeter with other brick buildings behind them. Multiple factory smoke chimneys are clearly visible. The dirt ground is seen where the foundation will cover as workers are moving materials. Large quantities of construction materials are seen in the center of the mill frame: large stacks of wood and bricks.
