Bronze round pin, .75 in diameter. On the front is an image of a lamp, book, quill, branch with leaves and sun rays. Around the image it reads Courage Leadership Honor Service Scholarship American Legion School Award. At the bottom is embossed a small round insignia that reads US American Legion. On the reverse is a clasp pin. Stamped above the pin are the initials" M.A.R" Beneath the pin is stamped "1952." Maco Pat Pendg.
