The bottom of the box reads: MADE IN ENGLAND BY ROLLS RAZOR LTD, LONDON. The razor itself is in a heavy metal case that is decorated front and back with embossing. In a circle on the top of the case is an image of a man squatting down and using a tool. It reads: ROLLS RAZOR - THE WHETTER. On the reverse side is another circle that reads: ROLLS RAZOR MADE IN ENGLAND (1927) LTD PATENTED IN ENGLAND AND ABROAD. ENGLISH PATENTS NUMBERS ( seven are listed). Inside the metal case is a razor with two blades. The blades have hand etched markings: BEST SHEFFIELD STEEL - ROLLS RAZOR - PAT NO 224.518; 242.718.
