A round, brass medal made to commemorate the inauguration of David Hartleb as President of Northern Essex Community College. The front of the medal has a coat of arms in the center with the words: ESTABLISHED 1961 - TAMEN PLUS LUX. Around the rim of the medal it reads : NORTHERN ESSEX COMMUNITY COLLEGE. The back side of the medal is inscribed: DAVID HARTLEB - PRESIDENT - INAUGURATION DAY - OCTOBER 4, 1996.
