Pendant, Fraternal
A four - sided gold colored metal pendant with red, white and blue enamel decoration. The pendant is in the shape of a cross, with a smaller red and white cross in the center. On top of the red and white cross is an emblem in blue and gold with the letters - K OF C and the symbols of an anchor, a sword, and a shield.
The reverse side of the pendant has the monogram , in script of the letters - W H A.
The pendant is worn by affiliates of the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal group.
The pendant belonged to William H. Ahearn and was donated to the Archives by Mary A. Ahearn of Lawrence.
