A round gold pin with a scalloped edge and a pin fastener on the back. The front of the pin is gold and white and royal blue. Around the circumference in gold lettering on a blue background, it reads : TEN YEARS SERVICE - There are two gold stars. Within the blue band is a white field that reads : ARLINGTON MILLS - SKILL WINS FAVOR . In the center of the pin is asymbol of an anchor with a fish entwined. The pin back has two symbols . One reads : 8 K. The other symbol is th eletter "A" in a circle. The donor is Stan Bachta of Lawrence, MA.
