This is a pin with a red and white striped, grosgrain ribbon with a brass medal attached to the bottom of the ribbon and two small bar pins attached to the front of the larger ribbon.
Pinned to the red and white ribbon are two ribbon bars. One is a multi -colored striped bar pin with three small brass stars attached to the front. The second small bar pin is simply covered in red and white striped ribbon.
Attached by brass ring is a circular medal with an image of an eagle stride a book and a sword. Around the eagle are the words : EFFICIENCY - HONOR - FIDELITY.
The back of the medal reads FOR GOOD CONDUCT.
The medal has a ring of leaves around the circumference with a star in the middle and a place to engrave a name.
