A white ceramic tea cup (A) with raised embossed decorations Printed on one side of the cup in gold lettering it reads : LAWRENCE, MASS. There is a gold band on the cup handle. On the base of the cup, in red letters it reads : MADE IN GERMANY. Stamped in gold, also on the base, is the number, 22. There is a matching saucer (B), decorated in the same fashion, with a narrow gold band along the edge and another around the circle which holds the cup. David Burke is the donor.
