A journal, with a broken leather spine, filled with hand-written notes titled, " Records of the Lawrence Training School for Nurses - 1882." The first page begins with, " By-Laws of the Training School.' It is stated the Ladies Union Charitable Society shall be the management of the school and the various committees formed over the years are listed. Members of the Ladies Union Charitable Society are also listed. Various printed reports on the Training School for Nurses that include summaries for the previous year and a list of graduates are placed throughout the journal periodically. The final printed report in the journal is dated October 1909. The final hand written is also dated October, 1909 and is written by Mrs. E.F. Childs. The book has 290 pages.
