A paper journal, hand written, with a broken spine. Inside the cover it states: " Property of the Nurses' Alumni (sic) Ass. Law." Page one is titled, " Lawrence Gen. Hospital Nurses Alumnae Assoc." The journal begins with the date, Feb.8, 1906. The journal has minutes of meetings through February 29, 1916. At the back of the book are lists of members, with addresses and the year of graduation from the training school in addition to an accounting of paid dues. The book has 200 pages.

Spine is broken. Pages are loose. Edges are brittle, tattered. Handwriting is clear.
