3) Three volumes titled "Deeds: Lands Purchased", containing folders or envelopes in which are housed original deeds related to land purchased by the Essex Company at or near its inception, including older deeds dating back to 1724 showing title history of properties.

5) Two card files containing an alphabetical arrangement of deed holders, and showing the name of the holder, the location of the property, and the letter of the Deed Book and page number on which the deed is recorded.
6) One volume which describes the plots of land that were purchased by the Essex Company at its inception and describing the title history of the lands (believed to be a journal of Stephen Barker).
