He continues, "This impending crisis stems from the implementation of affirmative action programs and subsequent fallout, in terms of racial turmoil and broader impact on the higher education system." He believes affirmative action has caused broader problems including "reverse discrimination; disillusionment of minority students; disruption of student life on campus; misdirection of the educational curriculum; drop in quality of faculties and finally an adverse impact on academic freedom, or more broadly stated, on the individual right of free speech."

Records of minutes were kept by the secretary of the club and then given to Christopher Corbett, a club member, to be donated to the Lawrence History Center
