A Block of tenements on a Small Section of Chestnut Street in the Lawrence, Massachusetts of Long Ago. The manuscript describes the block, its residents and the style of buildings located on the block prior to World war II. The text was compiled by the donor and her brother, Guido Perillo. In addition is a drawing of a larger scale drawing made by Mr. Harold DeMonaco, now deceased.
