This is basically a hotel license. It states that the city of Lawrence licensing board has granted a Hotel or Private Lodging license. Below it goes over various rules and regulations such as that the license must be posted in a conspicuous place, and that no man can stay with two deferent woman in a 30 day period and vice versa for woman. It also specifies that Hotel owners need to keep logs of who comes in and out of the hotel that can be viewed by the licensing agency and the police. It even specifies that fines that can be incurred for each violation of the codes ranging from $500-$1000 in fines and 6 months to a year in prison for every violation. In total their are 12 sections in this law code. The licensing's act was approved may 29, 1918. The license was issued December 14, 1973 and is signed by a member of the licensing board.
