The Magazine begins by stating "He's Learned Enough From the Past To Continue Planning for the Future.", the magazine goes on to state that the reason why John Buckley is running is because of the overspending of the present mayor that has lead to the people of Lawrence not receiving their tax cuts. On this page their are photos of Buckley with various people. The next page titled "The Many Faces of Our City" talks about his charisma and how much he cares and has fought for the people of Lawrence. It also urges people to support him in this election before its too late. The next page is titled "The Realization of Good Planning!", in this page Buckley calls out the current mayor on his lies, saying he is responsible for creating the positive infrastructure of Lawrence. The final page titled "Fellow Citizens of Our City," is essentially a rallying cry to vote for him. He is asking the people of Lawrence to vote for him again.
