The poster itself is staples onto torn black construction paper. On top of the poster is the drawing of a tree with the words "SAVING JOBS" cutting through the branches. Then their are extending branches holding out the words "A FORUM TO EXPLORE ANSWERS TO MILITARY CUTBACKS". The poster then says bellow "WHO" underlined and next to it "Moderator: Kenneth Mayers, Ph.D, former career Marine Corps Officer and presently Executive Consultant, Digital Equipment Corporation". Slightly below that in the same section it reads "Panel: Congressman Nicholas Mavroules, Member House Armed Service and Intelligence Committees; Lisa R.
