16 photographs that donor’s father had of the 1938 flood, 2 1/2 X 3 1/2" in size, and smaller pictures (19 of them) 1 3/4 X 2 3/4" of the White Mountains, (Chororua, the flume, etc).
From the donor about her father: A little background on my dad who took these pictures. My dad was Noah Dupont, born in 1908 and died at 102 years of age in 2010. He resided on Inman Street in Lawrence from about 1945 or so till 2008 (mom died in 1996). His father (Philip) helped build Sacred Heart Church and dad was an active member all his life. Dad was a scout leader and rifle instructor for many years. Lawrence was very special to him. One of our sons has his collection of pictures and movies, video's etc. If he comes across anything that might interest your history center, I will ask him to get in touch with you.”
