One of an annually released set of yearbooks created and distributed by the “Emmons Loom Harness Co.”, this one from 1915, once owned by one Mr. John J. Petroski of 122 East Street in Methuen. The book is used more like a diary, with each page corresponding to a day in the year. Mr. Petroski took full advantage of the space on each page, filling them out until there was little space left, even then overlapping some words to fill more on the page. This is the second of five identical yearbooks under John J. Petroski’s name, the first one from 1914 and this one being the only two in which Mr. Petroski wrote down daily information, perhaps implying all five were part of a set he acquired at some point but never managed to fully use.
