This photo takes place on Labor Day, 1984 during the Feast of 3 Saints Celebration. People are gathered in a crowd. There is a cart in the center of the crowd, decorated with red and gold. There are people inside the cart , also decorated for the event. 3 men are in the photograph. 2 are dressed n black with red sashes. And one, is dressed in gray. Hanging off one of the branches is a yellow and white cloth.
