A color photograph showing the back of the mill. The 'pipe' fence is broken in several locations and weeds are growing throughout the area. A Fire Department vehicle is parked in the bushes, and a red pickup truck, with no official marking, is in the same location. Several men are working by the pickup truck. You can see the fire soot on the top of the building. Framing is visible behind the building, but it is unclear if this is a building frame.
