This scrapbook holds a miscellaneous collection of newspaper clippings from 1920-1970. These clippings primarily focus on natural disasters, obituaries, missing persons reports, and sailing. A majority of these clippings report a flood that occurred in Massachusetts in 1936 and there are original newspaper reports of this event, as well as national events such as the assassination of John F. Kennedy and the moon landing. The book itself is overstuffed with clippings, so many that they are falling out, making the entire contents of the book difficult to read in full.

External condition - good with mild fraying on the edges
Internal condition- some rips and fading but all contents are in tact just not in any specific order or chronology
