This book is one of a series of the Forward Mission Study Courses and covers the history of immigration to the United States. Many black and white photographs. Inside cover bears a pencil drawing of an oil lamp with "I am the light of the WORLD" written underneath it. Beneath that is a pencil drawing of an electric light and a gas light and the drawing of a bearded man with the word "Israelite" written beneath it. The following page is inscribed: "Raymond C.
