This photo shows the workers sitting at a table assembling the hangers. The hanger is being attached to the hanger base. The worktable has light for the workers, but the surrounding area of the floor is in darkness, but you can see cardboard boxes which probably contain the assembled hangers.
The women are assembling hangers with a white base. The one man working at the table is assembling hangers with a black base.
