Summary: Both narrators grew up in primarily French Canadian neighborhoods. Both went to St. Anne's School. They belonged to St. Anne's Church (parish) when it had a very large congregation. Their lessons were taught in French and English. He talks about St. Anne's Club. St. Anne's Camp was a day camp with separate days for girls and boys. The children would meet and walk up and back. She was in shows, which made money for the parish.
