The ballot envelope is a pastel blue with black print with an eagle on the front. This ballot envelope was made for the Annual Election, 1930. "Democratic club of Massachusetts - Organized January 21 A.D. 1888" is printed in bold ink and its written around the eagle. William H. Brown is a Secretary who would receive all ballots in Boston. The ballots would be sent to 7 Water Street, Boston. " Ballot Envelope - To be enclosed in another envelope, and mailed to William H. Brown, Secretary, 7 Water Street, Boston.".
