This is a Latin textbook from the Noonan Collection. Inside cover bears stamp which reads in part:"Lawrence High School/Bernard M. Sheridan, Supt. of Schools/Date Nov 1921". Included in the book is a letter addressed to Miss Mary Noonan with a return address as being Academy of Notre Dame, 2893 Washington Street, Roxbury, Mass. Enclosed in envelope is a handwritten card from Sr. Rosalia to "My dear Mary and Katherine". Dated January 17, 1928 Included with letter is a prayer card a picture of a nun. Also included in book is a printed envelope which reads:"Associate Members/International Catholic Truth Society/412 Eight Ave./New York N.Y./P.O. Box 412. Enclosed is a request for membership dues with the printed name William Noonan/92 Bromfield/Lawrence, Mass. These items have been removed from book.
