It clarifies that "despite what you may have read or heard, your donation is not being used to purchase weapons". The card comes from the Ancient Order of the Hibernians (AOH) and explains how the stream of funding goes and states that the AOH believes in a peaceful settlement to the Irish problem in Northern Ireland and if one needed more information they could call 598-6228 or 682-0923.
