This view is of an empty lot at the corner of Mason & Water Street. Further up on Mason street is Hancock Street and a small view of a brick structure which is part of the Hancock Street Projects. The empty lot at Mason & Water Street is used for parking. A three family home with decaying porches on the side sits at the other end of this empty lot and the Franco-Belgium Club is across from this house. The Club, located at 9 Mason Street was used during the Strike of 1912.
