The home has black shutters at the windows and two tall chimneys on the roof. A half-moon vent sits above the upper two front windows. Flowering bushes and shrubs surround the property as well as a tall evergreen tree on the side. This home has a wide front lawn and a long walk way leading up to the house. Next door to this home is another stately white home which was owned by Mrs. Dyer's sister Kay Hamblett.
