A medium high chain-link fence surrounds the property. The Club sits on a large lot of land with a well-manicured lawn on the Jackson Street side. Across the street from the Club is a large multi family apartment building at the corner of East Haverhill & Jackson. Other white multi family homes sit behind the apartment building.
