This is a photograph 349 Elm Street which was part of the Plains Urban Renewal project, Block 10, Parcel 20. Commercial space is available on the street level of the building and there are 3 additional stories for living. Notice the clotheslines on the porches. There is a sign reading "FEZ" attached to the building. This picture was taken on September 21, 1966. The property was owned by George and Annie Abdulla. There is a car parked out front whose license plate number is 368 275. There is a tiny structure, almost as small as a shack, adjoining the building. There are signs for DiFruscia in the window.
