This is a photograph of 350 Elm Street which was a part of the Plains Urban Renewal project. It is listed as Block 11, Parcel 2.The nightclub, Syrian American Club (S. A. C. ) is on the first floor. SAC sign is on side of building which was owned by Madeline and Farris Marad. The Lawrence Redevelopment Authority Relocations Office for the Plains Project is pictured as well. Two men with white hair are conversing on the sidewalk in front of the office. This photograph was taken on September 24, 1966.
