Included in this pamphlet is an announcement regarding the sixth annual meeting of the Institute to be held on November 7th at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. A "first confidential progress report" was mailed to those who requested it on Warp Sizing Research. Among other subjects written on were: "Some Dynamic Properties of filamentous Materials", "To Finance Research on Throwing", "Microbiology of Textiles", etc.
