The pamphlet begins with updates of various projects and occurrences relating to the U.S. Institute for Textile Research such as the results of a National Rayon Conference in Washington D. C.. Two studies make up the majority of this pamphlet: "Textile Fibres in Light of Modern Science", and "Moisture Absorption in Cotton and Other Fibrous Insulating Materials: A Proposed Explanation". A list of abstracts of textile studies comprise the last section of the pamphlet.
