This pamphlet begins with news updates relating to the Textile Institute. It contains two studies: "Microbiology of Textile Fibres: VII. Growth of Mildew Organisms in Raw Cotton at 25° C. and Relative Humidities of 70-95 Percent" and " The Structure of Cellulose". The last section of the issue is a series of abstracts summarizing studies related to the textile industry conducted in 1936 and earlier in 1937.
