Frank W. Rowell Park in front of the former Hampshire Street Jail. The jail was torn down after the park was established and the land was
bought by Central Catholic High School. The park has a large tree on the site with a wooden bench under the tree for relaxing. The Economy
Cleaners can be seen across the street from the park and two people sitting on the bench under the tree.
