This is a photograph of Ayer Mill workers outside of the building on strike. This strike took place on Merrimack Street. Some of the worker in the picture just had came out of work and are just walking by. There is man holding a poster reading " NO Contract NO Work", meaning some strikers are there requesting they want contracts in order to work and secure there job and rights.
