This photograph shows a skirmish that took place during a Lawrence High School football game that probably occurred in either 1961 or 1962. It shows number 16 (Lawrence LeFebre) running with the ball as a player from the other team tries unsuccessfully to tackle him. There is a player from number 16's team who is trying to help him by running in front of him, and behind them are multiple players from the other team. In the background a large crowd of spectators can be seen in the bleachers. The image is a little blurry.
