This is a drawing/painting featuring the former Prudential Insurance Company building at 45 Franklin St and St. Mary's Church off in the distance. In May, 1991 The Prudential Insurance Company of America donated to the Commonwealth, its building at 45 Franklin Street for use as NECC’s Lawrence Campus; the health, criminal justice, and paralegal studies programs are soon moved to the city. This building is later named in honor of the college’s second president, Dr. John R. Dimitry. This drawing was given to Mayor Lawrence Lefebre by the President of Prudential.
