This object is a large silver bowl with words "Hon. John E. Fenton Citizen Award Presented to Hon. Lawrence E. LeFebre, 3-17-81." The award is given annually by the Ancient Order of Hibernians to a person who they believe has done a lot to better the city of Lawrence.
