This photograph depicts the following Lawrence City Council Members: Joseph Smith (City Clerk); Joseph Markey (Alderman - DPW), Terrance Schiavone (Alderman - Public Safety), Mayor Lawrence LeFebre, Richard Reming (Alderman - Public Parks and Property); and Michael Menery (Alderman - Health and Charities). The men in the photograph are wearing identical suits and ties, and one of them has a large white cane. Mayor LeFebre has a rose in his suit pocket. This appears to have been taken at the City Council inauguration ceremony.
