Three young ladies in native Lebanese dress taking part in the ethnic Mahrajan Festival. Note the middle young lady with a jar on her head. The Festival is held every year over the Labor Day weekend. It originally began on cemetary land owned by the Lebanese Church on No. Lowell St., Methuen and later moved to its present location at St. Anthony's Church on Amesbury St. in Lawrence.
